Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.

You want the raw truth, I don't even know where to begin... That's how BAD it is. the beef rib tips $26 and you only get 2 PIECES......and it was DRY TO THE BONE. The cabbage looked so wilted and like a pile of mush. Mac and cheese oh god, I had to spit it out and rinse my mouth with mouthwash NO EXAGGERATION it left such a pungent taste in my mouth The absolute worst thing I ever had. The collar greens were below average, I could have made at home 100x better. The brisket, which the woman swore, was the best thing on the menu, and only 3 slim pieces was dry, tough and salty. If that was the best I'm scared. Potato salad just bland. Corn muffin stiff as can be and a little dry. I showed my plate to other customers on line. They turned around and walked away and the grampa working there didn't like that and demanded us to leave....if you can't even take pride in your work and the look of it is driving customers away. DO BETTER. Took one bite of everything and threw it out, this was a COMPLETE disappointment. Edit: oh I'm lying but i have proof, please learn to speak properly before you call someone a liar, and the photos I posted....they don't lie. Those ribs were SMALL AND DRY you

First time here today and when I tell you how shocked I was on how much ribs I got for under $30 is crazy! β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ Totally recommend this for a place to get ribs from! Had that meat basically sliding off the bone while still being juicy. Ended up getting the Saint Louis Ribs, Full rack. Comes with 2 good sized sides.

This is the best mall food I've ever had, and one of the first times i KNOW i would drive to a mall for a restaurant. The New York Chopped Cheese rivals and maybe even beats "local" places, according to my NY Local girlfriend. It was also huge! I got the Pulled Pork sandwich, the bread was very soft and pillowy, and the pork wasnt drowning in sauce, but rather infused. Tasted VERY smokey, in that perfect way. And the smash burger was the best burger all of us have tried. The baked mac and cheese has that familiar smokey flavor, and it wasn't too mushy. Food was done in 15 minutes, and like i said, absolutely flawless. Beautiful!!
